Welcome to [Impress Printing Services LLC SPC] (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of any print products, packaging, marketing materials, or custom merchandise from us.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Services & Accounts
Service Availability: We provide custom web-to-print commercial printing services. Orders are submitted digitally and produced according to customer specifications.
Account Responsibility: If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
2. Artwork & File Submission Requirements
Print-Ready Files: You are solely responsible for supplying accurate, high-resolution, print-ready digital files (e.g., PDF, TIFF, vector formats) in the appropriate color space (CMYK) with required resolutions (e.g., 300 DPI) and proper bleed/trim lines.
No Pre-Production File Editing: Unless you explicitly purchase artwork design/correction services, we do not edit, adjust, or alter your files for spelling, grammar, layout, resolution, or color calibration.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline any print order containing material that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or is libelous, obscene, or hateful.
3. Digital Proofs & Color Accuracy
Proof Approval: If a digital or physical proof is requested or provided, production will not start until you explicitly approve the proof in writing or via the online portal. Once approved, you accept full responsibility for any typos, layout errors, or visual mistakes contained in the proof.
Color Matching & Variations: Printing involves converting digital screen colors (RGB) to print inks (CMYK). Minor color variations, density shifts, or slight trimming variances (up to 1.5mm) are inherent to the gang-run commercial printing process and do not constitute defective workmanship.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Indemnification
Ownership of Uploaded Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property you upload to our platform.
User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademarks, and permissions for any artwork, photos, or trademarks submitted for printing.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its owners, and employees against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from alleged copyright or trademark infringement arising from your submitted files.
5. Pricing, Payment, & Orders
Pricing Updates: All prices listed on the Site are in [Currency, e.g., AED] and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement via approved payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, online gateway).
Order Acceptance: Receiving an automated order receipt email does not constitute final order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or artwork non-compliance prior to production.
6. Production Timelines, Shipping, & Delivery
Turnaround Times: Estimated production turnaround times begin only after artwork is validated, payment is cleared, and digital proofs (if applicable) are approved.
Shipping & Carrier Delays: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates provided by third-party carriers. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearances, adverse weather, or force majeure events.
Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect packages upon arrival. Any shipping damages, missing items, or defective quantities must be reported in writing within [e.g., 3 to 5 business days] of delivery.
7. Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
Custom Printed Goods: Because products are personalized and made to order, all sales of custom-printed items are final. Returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer design errors are not accepted.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order only if it has not yet progressed to the pre-press or printing stage. Once file preparation or printing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Defective Merchandise: If an error is caused directly by a manufacturing defect or printing failure on our part, notify us within [e.g., 7 days] of receipt with photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we will either reprint the defective portion of the order or issue a store credit/refund.
