FAQ
Check the most frequently asked questions before placing the orders.
What file formats do you accept for print jobs?
We accept high-resolution PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, EPS, and TIFF files. For standard digital and offset prints, ensure vector text is outlined and all images are embedded.
What resolution should my files be?
Standard Prints (Flyers, Business Cards, Booklets): 300 DPI at actual print size.
Large Format Prints (Banners, Posters, Signage): Minimum 150 DPI at full scale (or 300 DPI at 50% scale).
What is "Bleed" and why is it required?
Standard bleed requirement: 0.125 inches (3 mm) on all sides.
Keep critical text and logos at least 0.125 inches (3 mm) inside the trim line (Safety Zone).
Should I submit files in RGB or CMYK mode?
Always submit artwork in CMYK color mode. Artwork created in RGB will automatically be converted during processing, which may result in unexpected color shifts.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Instant Digital PDF Proof: Generated automatically at checkout for review.
